My ancestral lines run through two very different worlds — West African and Northern European on my father's side, and the Visayan islands of Leyte, Samar, and Panay on my mother's. Walking the healing work on both sides taught me that lineage isn't one story. It's several, braided.

I built an embodied "f*ck yes" and "h*ll no" precise enough to recognize my own husband before my mind did, call in a circle of friends where the energy exchange is a dance instead of a drain, keep pulling in exactly the mentors and creative collaborators I need, and engage with plant medicines in a responsible way at the exact time needed for deep transformation. That's not a metaphor. That's what happens when the blueprint and the body stop being separate.
